Items purchased from our online store can be exchanged by sending them back through courier after coordinating with our Customer Service team.

Kraft Edit allows exchanges under the following conditions:

• The customer submits an exchange request within 7 working days of receiving the order (via email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp).
• The customer clearly states the reason for the exchange in the request.
• The item is returned in its original packaging, with the price tag intact.
• The original invoice is included with the returned item.
• The item has no stains, scents, perfume residues, odours, damage, or signs of use or washing.

Important Notes:

• Items purchased on sale or promotion cannot be exchanged.
• If an item bought at regular price later goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the sale price.
• Kraft Edit reserves the right to approve or deny any exchange request at its sole discretion.
• Once the exchange request is approved, the customer will be notified by our Customer Service team.
• This exchange policy does not apply to international orders.
• Kraft Edit follows a strict ‘NO Refund’ policy. Cashback is not available.
• The Exchange Policy applies only after the customer has received the parcel or the payment has been processed.
